Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and merchandise is stocked efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
