Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
