Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality standards
• Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
