Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of product display, customer service, and cleanliness. You will work closely with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
