Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
