Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• General cleaning skills and adherence to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking proficiency.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
