Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience relevant to the role
