Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with stocking and merchandising products.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
