Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and engage customers courteously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
