Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets and Competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in store inventory procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard company assets and data.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cashiering and customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and adherence to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience (preferred).
• Combination of education and experience.
