Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
