Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers through merchandising, cashiering, and general cleaning duties. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the team will be key to enhancing the shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Experience in retail environment and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.
