Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. From merchandise stocking to cashiering, your contributions will be essential to our store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain general cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory levels accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company procedures.
• Safely operate equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
