Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
