Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store's cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
