Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Skills to operate necessary equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
