Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
