Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with team members and management to uphold ALDI's high standards of performance and customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Participate in inventory management and store operations
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks and uphold store standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol handling (if applicable)
