Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register accurately
• Safely use equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
