Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
