Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company procedures and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and follow company protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
