Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
