Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level role. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning tasks.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
