Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure efficient store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness per company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
• High School Diploma preferred; prior retail experience advantageous.
