Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
