Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description:

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register
• Capability to operate store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
