Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
