Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI and contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with a high level of customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain document confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
