Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
