We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, ensure data security, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and following company guidelines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
