Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and store cleanliness
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
