Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and within a team.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
