Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and ensure cash policy compliance
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to company procedures and uphold security measures
• Perform general cleaning tasks and handle equipment safely

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
