Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an enhanced shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Efficient cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a bonus
