Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a neat store environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
