Job Description

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and merchandise display
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and procedural concerns
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capacity for general cleaning and adherence to company policies
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is advantageous
