Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and maintain neat displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in conducting store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers, follow cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
