Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising and stocking duties to maintain product displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle equipment and operate machinery.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
