Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with established company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
