Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, product stocking, and cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Provide feedback and report issues to management.
• Participate in inventory management activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and follow guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
