Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to policies and procedures
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
