Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide customer assistance
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies, conduct store inventory counts

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
