We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked with merchandise.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with team members.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
