Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate who will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI Acts Competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product issues to management and assist in inventory procedures
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
