Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
