Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Report inventory, sales, and operational issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Able to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Work effectively in a team or independently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
