We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus
