Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
