Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting and engaging with customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
