Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
